SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible during business days, usually within 3 to 5 business days once payment has been confirmed by our merchant.
All items are sent via our Courier/s, and shipping cost will vary either by weight, or by volumetric weight determined by the courier company. Please ensure you enter your delivery address and billing address correctly.
Orders will be shipped as soon as we receive proof of payment. Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the following 3 to 5 business day from date that payment has been confirmed by our merchant.
We will do our upmost to package your products as safe and secure as possible. Once collected by the courier we cannot take responsibility for your parcel. That means once the parcel has been collected Margz With Ramz shall not be liable for any loss, damage or deterioration of any goods.
SHOPPING CART
Items placed in the Shopping Cart are not held for you. An order is not placed until you complete the checkout process and payment has been successfully received by Margz With Ramz. Items only remain in the Shopping Cart for a limited time, and may be removed from the Shopping Cart as stock status changes. This will be reflected once you click “Checkout.”
RETURN POLICY
We have a no return and no exchange policy meaning our products cannot be returned for exchange or refund once they have been delivered to you and proof of delivery is available. This policy is in place to prevent the potential spread of contaminants and to prioritise the safety of our customers.
A refund or exchange will only be facilitated for products that are damaged on delivery and proof thereof can be provided. Products must be in their original packaging and sealed. A refund or exchange will only be facilitated once products have been inspected by our team. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an EFT will be effected to refund you. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days from our approval for refunds.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
